What do you guys think?? They have confirmed her blood was found in the family rental car!!!

Anytime a family member disappears or dies the police look to the closest family members.
Why, you may ask? Because it a large percentage of the cases it IS a family member or close friend. The law of human behavior is at play.
I have suspected the family since the beginning, I feel for the hell they appear to be going through, but history has shown that the parents are usually the guilty party. Not to mention the utter stupidity of two highly educated parents leaving 3 small children alone in a hotel room. If I worked for the police, I would name them suspects too.
Did the McCann's take lie detector tests in the beginning? I don't read where they have. Knowing how the world works, if something (god forbid) happened to my baby girl I would volunteer to do anything the police needed me to do so they would quit looking at me and start finding my daughter.
Lie detector? No problem. Swab my entire body? No problem. Take every item in my place/car/work? No problem. Do what you have to do to quit looking at me and start finding my kid!
I hope they are not guilty, but it makes perfect sense (to me) that they are being named "suspects". What I don't understand is what took the authorities so long to do it.

I'm not surprised and I totally second what Gem said. I'd have volunteered to do a lie detector test that same night she went missing.
I've been searching the net for another source besides CNN to announce the discovery of Maddy's blood in the vacation rental car -- to no avail. Other sources say the new information that has pegged Kate and Gerry as suspects is "undiclosed" but CNN is throwing the info out there without hesitation.
Sadly, many parents hurt their kids. The most harmful, violent, abusive people blend into society perfectlyl and many come across as gentle souls. Heck, Ted Bundy was smart and good looking!
Anyway, none of this shocks me, as history repeats itself constantly, and I'm disappointed that Maddy's blood in that vacation rental car wasn't found till months after the disappearance.

I don't know if blood was found, but that would be pretty sick to think that they killed their child...Poor little girl.

i think its an absoloubte disgrace, the police have no idea so turn on the 2 people that have gone through hell with there little baby girl missing.! The police should do more to help and not turn to the parents just because they have no idea!!
