Well, not as much or often as before.
And it is not that I keep such a deliberate check on myself ...rather it was finally seeing the injuries, that had been inflicted, for at times, knowingly resorting to making an idiot of myself.
At one time I did so so often, a friend exclaimed, 'You may think you know what you're doing...you just don't know what IT is doing to you!
Yeah, that was what hit the final nail in the head.
