I can, apart from being able to read cards for people, shuffle a pack of cards and state, in advance, that I will shuffle the card into the 21st position. This happens regularly though sometimes it seems to play with me and ends up in the 21st position but from the end of the pack rather than the start, Often this particukar card leaps out of the pack when shuffling and I have even been to a strangers house, seen a pack of cards and "known" that the jack of diamonds would be the 21st card. This sort of thing happens regularly and I would like to talk to someone who can explain what's going on and WHY.

I'm sorry, and no offense, but I don't believe you at all. Certainly magicians can accomplish what you are doing through tricks as you say, but if are truly doing nothing but random shuffles, then I'd need to see evidence before an explanation for your powers is in order.

If you can keep track of cards in the deck like this, even just one card, you can make a killing in small poker games. Where I used to work, we used to get together and have pots as high as $180 in a group of 9 people paying $20 to play in our little tournaments. We would usually pay out first and second place, but it was just the guys from work sitting around playing texas holdem.
If you know any of the other cards in the deck, or in peoples hands it can give you a huge advantage, seriously, you would be surprised. All you gotta do is study the game, and get some guys together to play.

Let's see if you can always name the 21st card then I would suggest not worrying about explaining it but getting someone to bank roll you playing Blackjack in a casino. You would be stuck the first hand or two, but if you can constantly read the 21st card then you will know every hand that comes out in a few games. You could be a instant millionaire.

Wow that is amazing! Perhaps you should take your show on the road. I'm sure you could make a very good living going from place to place, telling people what the 21st card in their deck is. Does that also work with tarot cards, or just regular playing cards? What about Uno cards, does it work with them? I hope you use your power for good and not for evil.

In the unlikely event you're telling the truth, I'll answer the question as though it's serious.

What you are describing happens on a semi-frequent basis in casinos [on blackjack tables]

Some dealers frequently go through a series of several hundred hands, drawing pairs of 10s, for instance, hand after hand after hand on six-deck shoes, shuffle after shuffle. While players come, get killed, and move on throughout the day.

Your 'science' types have already explained how what you are describing can't happen, or is merely coincidence.

Any gambler can tell you otherwise.

You are lying, otherwise you would be very rich, and very famous, or you would at least post some proof for such an unbelievable claim.

This is either a case of confirmation bias and you are misremembering or else you're lying.

This is very testable and it doesn't indicate anything paranormal.
