well i needto find ways of making her more tame, i hold her everyday but she struggles real bad and hisses at me, i was gong to let her have a bit more excersize by letting her out in my room for a while, the only problem would be catching her again, as i cant leave her out to long as she would get cold and if she gets under my wardrobe or anything i cant get to her, any ideas on how i could tame her better ?

Sudan's are great little lizards, but I must admit I have never come across an ill tempered one. The only real way to calm her down is to spend time with her. I would take her out in small doses throughout the course of a day. Never more than 30 minutes at a time, 4-5 times per day. Within a week there should be a marked change in attitude. However there are always individuals who are going to resist. Good luck!

Sometimes just the way you hold her can help. Make sure her feet are all supported so she feels more secure and try not to actually clutch her body if possible. Letting her sit on your lap may be the best approach. Even calm species can get nervous if they feel constricted or confined.
Plateds are fond of sweet fruit like bananna or strawberries, you could try offering her a little by hand when she is out.

I do the exact same thing with my desert horned lizard, i always take him out of his cage so he could get some exercise, what you need to do is: when you pick her up try to put her whole body exept the tail, or with the tail in your hand so she won't fall, and she will feel safer, and always watch hr when she's out of her cage, you can't take your eyes off of her for a second she might get lost, try putting her on your chest that way she'll realize that you mean well, and if you put her in tub just leave her there for about 15-20 minutes.

Try getting a tubeing sysytem. (like for hampster, gerbils,ect..)
and they come in different sizes; then it can run around in a controled space. As for taming it, it has to get used to you.
