It used to be a lot easier but you have to be prepared to wait now that they changed how they sell day of tickets...I remember I bought some day of game tickets to a Red Sox vs. Yankees game with Pedro pitching at Fenway in '01 in the morning at the Fenway ticket windows no problem and they were great seats (only minorly obstructed view)...since they have changed how they sell them it isn't as easy....here is a link to the rules on buying day of game tickets: http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/bos/ticketing/gameday.jsp

I hope you have a lot of money because you could be looking at $100 per ticket, and up, from a scalper at the park on game day or from someone on an Internet site. Good luck.

Go on craigslist the day of the game. You can get tickets on there and you just meet the seller in the Fenway area
