. uncle gave all his properties to her hand . she didn't safe guard it serveral time it had happen but not very big amount but she had done it. he has though wife we are bond we can't do anything will forgive her. this is the thrid time she did and very ,very ,very big amount .. they have three children., all three girls............ the thing is she is not telling what happen to all these money and properties not even a word when uncle ask his children also no answer ...only the last child is small.now they are saperated. he settled all her debits(it aBIG amount) he went and left her in her mothers place and told for 1 year you be with ur mother i will send money even with in that 1 year you should tell what happen to this sum of money if you tell the reason thats enough i will take you back and also he came to know that his frist daughter as an affair with a boy therefore he kept his only first daunghter in his favoured place after he go abroad she came n took the child

The uncle should cut her off financially. see how she reacts to that. Your uncle was taken advantage of without dispute and he allowed it to happen to him so he is also to blame. he let her scam him.

there are some trust issues here. He should not trust her going forward. Look like this one will end in divorce.

Your uncle should no longer support his wife. He has to cut his losses as far as the money and property goes or try to go through the legal system to get it back.
