Imagine living in a country where everything you want or need is FREE! As long as you work at any job you can have a house, a car, food, clothing, etc... Money isn't used or needed all you have to do is work. You want a hamburger? Go to a Mac Donalds and it's FREE! Buy why is it free? The people that work there will give it to you because that's their job! Let's say you work at a shoe store. You would assist people and give them whatever shoes they want for 8 hours a day for FREE because that's your job! See how it works? But what about greed? It doesn't exist anymore! Why be greedy when everything is FREE? What would be the point of that? If you want something then you just go get it. But how would anyone know you had a job? Well we would have to come up with some sort of ID system to verify your job status. I'm thinking sort of like an ATM card or something that will read your thumb print. I ask you to find a flaw in this! Infact I dare you!

Your thinking about communism and its been tried and failed. Greed is part of human nature, the fact that everything is FREE doesn't eliminate it, it makes it WORSE. Another problem is jobs are not of equal difficulty. So you work 8 hours a day handing out shoes, how do u think the people that have to toil under the sun farming the land feel knowing that even tho they have to sweat more and work harder, their still only entitled to what everyone else gets?

How the heck is it going to be supported on an economic basis? Who is going to pay for all those free shoes? If you are talking about everyone doing some sort of job, sure, a ceratin amount of resources would be expended and a certain amount of products will be created. What you are talking about is a planned economy - there would have to be rationing so that everyone gets a limited amount of commodities. There are not enough resources to fulfill the unlimited wants of everyone. The amount that people will work will never be commensurate with the amount of products people will want.

It looks like you are re-inventing communism and life in communities.

It's old like hills, but it just doesn't work and, sorry, it's too long to explain you why.
Have you ever read Utopia, Thomas More wrote in 1515?
It's all about what you suggest.
