I usually look away and pretend I didn't notice.
What I would LIKE to do is make eye contact and stare back at them until they get embarassed and look away - then I could gloat, "Oh yeah, I won!" but I've never had the courage to do that .... lol

Last time this happened to me, the other person just kept staring. I closed my eyes, looked away, stared back, but nothing would make them stop.
Finally, Mum dragged me away from the mirror and I have been ok since.

Ha - I just had some guy in a resturant stare at me last night.
What I WANTED to do is to pretend I didn't notice for about a minute then stand up and YELL "DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM?!?!" to see what he would do.
But instead, I just sat there and finished eating.
If it's like someone in the mall or somewhere, I just get embarrased & try to not notice them.
I don't like it when people stare at me - it makes me nervous.

I give them my dead face loook.. even if it's my crush.. I still do it. I can't help it, my facial structure is like that. I stare back at them for about 4 seconds and them my eyes start burning so I look away.

I totally stare back....and they usually will look away pretty fast! Take Jack with you, he's got an intense stare, he'll stare 'em down for ya! oohhh...chills....Those beautiful brown eyes....

I like to scratch myself in places most people would not like to watch being scratched. That usually makes them stop staring; except the weirdos, but then I am warned anyway. LOL

i look at them then look away and i keep on looking at them trying not to be obvious! then i think to myself what i was doing before i noticed them looking at me and praying i didnt do anything embarrassing! but if i did, maybe i gave someone a good laugh!
