I would just like to reiterate what another user said. Reinstall windows...If you have a major infection such as what you are describing then your safest option is to delete everything and start again. These malware programs can embed themselves so deeply that you may never know if they are gone or not.
Microsofts Windows Defender is very good as is Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware. No one program will be enough and you must remember to update the definitions the same as antivirus software.
IF you wish to go against the advice above and not reinstall windows. You can probably use one of the above files to remove the spyware or if thay don't work. A program called HiJackThis may also work.
Just Google these programs for their download locations.

I've seen this before , downloading as much anti-spyware programs as possible and this just complicates the problem ..I would say remove them all and go with spyware doctor but to be honest the best thing to do is to format your computer get a tough anti-virus (Kaspersky) and a good anti-spyware (spyware doctor) .. good luck !

Download Adaware 2007 and Spybot Search and Destroy. They are both good programs for spyware removal, and are free! You may find them at www.download.com. Simply type in the name of the program in the search pane at the type of the screen to find search results. Just one thing about Adaware though...after the program downloads, it will prompt you to enter a serial number or license key when you're getting ready to set the program up. Just click cancel, and it will let you resume setting the program up.
