How to take out the restrictor in a Walmart Wheelchair/scooter?

how do i go about taking out the restrictor in an electronic wheelchair from walmart, I want to do this to make it go faster but i dont know how to do it please anyone help

There isn't a seperate restrictor. It's a setting in the motor control board. Since I don't know which particular motor control they are using, I can't tell you.

If you do this the old people will be running over everyone and the death rate in Walmart will be high.
