Don't buy any and take it a day at a time, I've gone 18 months and still feel like I'm a smoker but it's just because of the habit(of over 25 years) and not the addiction, that will go soon so keep positive!
Have you got anyone to talk to, funny as it might sound, talking to someone when you feel the urge Really does help because before you know it the urge is gone and you feel ok. If you need a chat IM me, I've been there so can understand!

Well done , good for you , the only thing i can recommend is will power.
But there could be another way, get aload of used cigs , put them in a jar with a little bit of water put the lid on,and leave it a while to go manky and every time you crave a have a sniff in the jar and it will soon put you off .

Well done! I'm a ex-smoker. My advice would be try to take up a hobby so that your fingers have something else to do apart from holding ciggies. Just don't substitute food for the smokes or you will end up needing dieting advice! Think of the money you will save, how you won't smell like a dirty ashtray anymore and your health will improve. Keep going, you are doing well!

Think about the hard work you have put in and how much of a waste it would be to cave in now. Also, think about how you will have to go through it all again from scratch if you have a smoke.
Think about something that you would like to buy that could not mormally be afforded. When ever you have a craving think about that thing which u would like to buy and how great it will be to finally get your hands on it! This really worked for me!
Just get through this next week and trust me...it will feel so much easier.

I'm at one month, almost. I cheated a little the first couple of days, but since then I've been good. I use the nicotine gum. You chew it a little and then park it between you cheek and gum. It tingles a bit. It really works, but you have to want to quit. The gum is really not the same addiction, I can take it or leave it.
