How long should I write a journal of a story that I am reading?

THe story is 3 pages long. I need to write a journal about the story. How long should it be?
Can it be the size of a paragraph: 6-8 sentences. Help.

The journal should be as long as it takes to express your impressions of the story as completely as possible. Some folks may be able to do it in one long sentence and others may end up writing more pages than the actual story. It all depends on what the story means to you and how easily your are able to express those feelings.

6-8 sentences is fine . but make it meaningful sentences
