Sexual arousal results from sensory and mental stimulus. Sensory stimulus is achieved when you touch,or others touch you to cause a sexual arousal. The mental stimulus is much more important than a physical(sensory) contact where you imagine or fancy something in order to get an arousal. Basically, it tells you how best you are prepared mentally to engage in a sexual activity. However, most of the time both stimulus go hand in hand to achieve a perfect sexual arusal.
Your brain has a speciallised centre called Hypothalamus which regulates your sexual desires and feelings throughout your life. Hormones like Testosteron play a vital part to regulate your sexual aroual.
So, when you are aroused by a particular stimuli(it can be anything), your brain sends signals via the hypothalamic route pathway to the penis. This is called sympathetic response. Your penis has specialised muscular structure called Carposa cavernosum, a spongy like muscle which relaxes due to the stimulation. During this period, the arteries(blood vessel) of the muscle dilates to three times of its original diameter, causing the blood to fill the muscular portion of the penis. At the same time, the veins of the penis is compressed within the muscle so that the blood is sustained within the penile muscle to maintain the errection.

Errection results from by not only looking at a naked women. Every men has his own fantacy in this matter. People with some psychiatric illness will tend to achieve sexual pleasure from various other sources as well. People may get errection when looking at the garments of women, kids, dolls, statues, and even looking at the dead body. These all come under abnormal psychology. However, the mechanism by which they get an errection remain same.

Can be anything, any touch, any thought, anyone. A soft breeze! Natural response, we are animals with an overactive sex drive. Our prime purpose is to reproduce, and the erection is required to make our deposits in order to procreate and to just get the sexual release we so strongly desire. Most mammals only have a sex drive when the female is ovulating, a few times a year or maybe only once. We are lucky, the female ovulates monthly and we can perform any day, any time!

It's called an erection and it is a normal reaction to stimulus.
In order for the act of sexual intercourse to occur, a male must have an erection in order for the penis to be able to penetrate a woman's vagina (or otherwise, depending on a person's sexual orientation). A flaccid penis (limp) would not penetrate and the act could not be completed.
When a man has an orgasm, semen (which contains sperm) is ejaculated into the woman's vagina. Millions of sperm are in that semen and if birth control is not used and a woman has ovulated (released an egg), those sperm would "swim" to the egg and begin to break down the egg's surface until one sperm can penetrate and fertilize it. That is called conception.

So my room mate constantly brags about all of the ladies he has sex with, and hes informed me that three of them have informed him he has the most important penis they've in my view visible. Its not only when u see a naked woman. You willl also xperience the same when you watch a rape scenes on tv or movies or get to hear about some ****** news or talks.....

after any sexual stimulation there is secretion of catecholamines which markedly increases the blood supply to the penis and penile tissue is such that it increases in size.
