Just stare at the ceiling, or lay there with my eyes closed and try to sleep.

Omg!! This just happened o me tonight (well, technically, the morning)
I woke at 4 AM, and I couldn't sleep, so I went on Y/A for about an hour =)

When I'm tired, I'll go to sleep. I try to spend as much time as I can per day on here though.
