There are many different countries in Africa. There are many different forms of government. Most are dictatorships. The forms of government have developed over many years.
There is no basic structure of government.

First, Africa is a continent, not a country. Do you mean South Africa? The most typical form of government in Africa is strong arm, military dictatorship based on tribalism - that is everybody from the leaders tribe gets treated great, everybody else gets treated like crap. They a while later, those people revolt, the other tribe gets in power then they start doing exactly the same. This is why Africa is poor!!!
Not sure about South Africa, but it was originally a Dutch colony, and Boer just means "farmer" in Dutch/Flemish. I think it is a constitutional democracy since Mandella got out of prison.

Africa is a continent! It has many governments. The better government is probably the country of South Africa and has a democratic form of government. Confusing? Okay, dig up a map of the continent of Africa. The rest of the continent is made up of countries that are headed up by dictatorships.

As you well know Africa is a single cohesive nation state. Africa has a policy of exporting Africans (since the dawn of European civilization) to foreign countries to create mayhem and chaos. HA HAAR DEHEE HEE.

They are a constitutional democracy now, which began in 1994. Before that the system was known as Apartheid.
