okay i watch this movie long back ago, and im preety sure it is an old movie, it stars BARBARA STREISAND as a reporter, i think... so there is a family in some rular area and one night there is a bad guy came in the house and rape the mom, the daughter and the son..! but after that they never tell any one about it ever, until the son open up to barbara...
something like that, i forget how it ends...
i really wish to know the name of the movie..

This is "The Prince of Tides," an excellent novel by Pat Conroy. Streisand actually plays the pyschiatrist of the main character's sister; the main character and his mother and sister are all raped by escaped convicts, who are killed by their pet tiger and older brother. They never tell anyone about the attacks or deaths, until the main character reveals the incident to Streisand.
