my dad has a 406 and my step bro has a SAXO VTR my dads is a TURBO DIESEL so its damn fast and my step bros is a 1.6i < thats not very good my dads is better his is a 2.0 HDi TURBO an then theres my step mums car a 1.3 FORD FIESTA LX was cool when NEW ain't now.......

Another PSA Group-loving family! My hubby and dad have several cars between them! My dad has had two 405's, one of which was sold to my hubby! My husband has had a 406 GLX which had a fight with a silly girl driving her daddy's Punto! Hubby also has a thing for Citreons, he once had a BX. Replaced the wrecked 406 with a Xantia estate. We currently have a C5 HDi estate, you may take the piddle, but it goes like poop off the shovel when HE puts his foot down!

I hate to burst your bubble, but the Saxo VTR will be quicker off the line and maybe higher top speed than your dads 406 diesel. The Saxo is lighter, and petrol (they rev-up quicker). Diesels *need* a turbo-charger to make them vaguely driveable.
