By ghost files I mean those unseen files within a folder that when I want to delete, a message appear that a file exists ant it is used and it asks me to verify the path of the file. It is not a hidden file but it is a file that was downloaded from the net and revomed before.

you an easly delete them with a linux live CD from linux you see so many files you cant see on windows( any live CD will do like ubuntu )
to see some of the hidden files(this probably isnt what your are talking about)
in file explorer tools>file optionss>view tab and put a dot next to 'Show hidden files and folders'
