If I found my wife in bed with my father, I would divorce her. I would also demand a paternity test to confirm that I am the child's father. If the child was mine, I would pay support and maintain a close relationship with my son. If it wasn't mine, I would deal with my pain and get on with my life. Neither your father or your wife are deserving of anymore than that.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww!!! I hope this is purely a hypothetical question. Here's what I'd do: 1. Contact a lawyer and begin divorce proceedings. 2. Demand DNA sample from dear old Dad for paternity testing. 3. Get the hell out.
If it did turn out to be my baby, I'd petition for full custody.

in texas you can can get away with murder practicaly but you have 30 sec to react, anything passed that it is called pre-meditated murder, but if this happened to me i would take pictures of it and mail it to her her fathers wife everday, better yet videotape it and air it on local public tellevison, or the internet. then i would divorce her a** paybacks a mofo

From a man's point of view though, all hell would come raining down on the pair of them.

wow, thats a big pill to swallow but u have to thread wisely, they have wronged against u , forgive them and move on, get a new wife and start something new.check for the partenity of the child

I don't know why you came up with this scenario but, the answer is simple. You see your attorney and let him handle it. Press any charges and let the chips fall where they may. I would then gab my belongings and head out to greener pastures.
