Hon, there are very few listeners in this world! I am happy to say that I am a good listener! Most people are interested in talking and very seldom even 'hear' what the other person says! Listening is an acquired skill! I really care what others have to say!!

Yeah that is pretty obnoxious... but you just have to rest assured that people get annoyed by that person's habits, and that you're just plain way the hell cooler than they are.

I absolutely hate it!!!
I suggest you never ever attempt to tell a joke to my sister (or even talk to her, for that matter) because she is very likely to do something like that... or worse!!
