For everyone saying that this is a crock, the question specifically asks for NEW information. The fact that it's a crock is old news.
Anyway, to answer the actual question, you might want to look up Neal Adams. He's the biggest proponent that I've heard of recently.

It isn't a scientific theory at any rate, because there is no evidence to suggest the Earth is hollow. In fact geologists can be certain of the precise layers of material constituting the inner Earth through the inner and outer core and the three units of the mantle. These are definitely not hollow, as can be proved using a range of calculations and seismometry.
