Hello cutie,
The opposite of love is not hate its indifference and vise versa. When u truly love someone then hate him it means u still have feeling for this person which in turn means u could change again to love or hate depending on so many facts.
However, when u love or hate someone then feel really indifferent towards him this means, u don't really care anymore so nothing said or done could change yr point of view.

I couldn't stand my ex when I first met him. I used to call him all kinds of names and make gestures behind his back. Then after a while we got to know each other (years later) and fell in love and got married. Needless to say I should have stuck with my first instinct because he turned out to be a woman hitter. No I still don't hate him, I think once you fall in love and are with someone for a while it takes a whole lot for that person to make you hate them.

yes i can coz when i hate some1 i can't see his advantages,
all i see his disadvantages and this is a big reason 2 hate him.

it depends why did i hate him in the first place , if it was only first impression , i can change it , but if hated him for one good reason , i can never change that , to tell you something strange , i rarely have wrong first impressions they are always right , and i can see through people and tell myself to love or to hate from the very fist time , but when i am mistaken about someone it is always because i saw him better than he is not the contrary.
so give everyone a chance to prove he is good , then you can really judge but love and hate they are in your heart you can not change them , you can just accept someone not love him

Hi, Sweety. According to me I would never ever accept someone whom I hated at all. Firstly I would see if that person has really changed. How can you accept anyone like that! There must have been some reason behind the fact that you hated him or her.

surrrrrrrrrrreeeeeee u can! It happened to me a couple of times before that I initially didn't like/ hated a certain person then by time I got to know I was wrong abt them and we became really good friends. u know the Egyptian proverb that says "ma ma7aba ella ba3d 3adawa" it is so correct

Depends on why you hated them before, if it was something childish or a simple difference of opinion then maybe there is hope, but if it was something to do with personnel morals or values (maybe someone thinks its ok to kick their dog or hit their child-examples) then i doubt that will ever change

I think that it is not easy though not impossible.The reason for it being hard is that when you hated him in the first place you knew his bad side, there were reasons for hating him. How can you easily fall in love with him afterwards then?

if it is because of his external appearance that u hate someone then definitely one cannot love that person.......... but if u hate him only because he did something wrong which was irksome then u can certainly love that person.......... there can be some strong reasons for why he did those mistakes which were annoying to you.... try to find those reasons, see if he was right or not..... if he is really a reaonable person u can surely love him......... bye

Because you were wrong. It is very easy to hate someone you used to love. Maybe that loved one is hateful now and even hits you? You'll hate them eventually.
And I absolutely despise my ex-girlfriend and we used to live together and were together for a year and a half and she even waited on me to get out of jail for two months! And I wish she'd die now..
And she hated ME when she first met me so that answers your new question. ;^)
