i was 11 or 12 too when i had my first taste of coffee. but it was just a sip, not to the point that i was up all night. i don't really drink coffee.. I'm just saying that I've tasted it before.
as for the tea, i started drinking that stuff when i was 9, especially when we would go to Chinese or Japanese restaurants. :)

10 years old. My mom let me have a cup 1/2 filled with coffee 1/2 filled with milk. When I was 16 I started drinking it every day, now I can't live without it.

I have been having tea since I was a child...I had my first cup of coffee when I was 15+it was when I realized that coffee turns my stomach inside-out...haven't had a coffee since...

I don't drink coffee (almost 18 years old) and about tea, I guess then I was very very small, because tea is healthy

I love tea, been drinking it since I was 10, puts me to sleep, doesn't wake me up.
I'm 17 and still haven't had a cup of coffee, it doesn't appeal to me!

i had sips out of my mums coffee when i was about 5... my first cup of tea i was around 10 , at my nana's house
