~Actually, if the Pangaea theory is correct (and the evidence is pretty strong that it is), all continents were 'ready' for human habitation at pretty much the same time. Antarctica drifted a little too far south and isn't 'ready' for human habitation today, but once upon a time, it would have been. Now, the last to be populated by humans, not counting Antarctica, would be South America.

Antartica would be the last continent to be occupied. Even if the ice melts, there is still a continent there, under all that Ice. Though some myths do say that antartica, which was more of a tropical land, was the mythical atlantis, so it could have been populated at one time. South America was populated during the same time as North America. They have done some research that has found that the things we learned in high school about the people coming to America over the land bridge during the last ice age may be false. They believe that American people came from many different lands, and was a melting pot long before it actually became a country.
If you go the biblical route, which I don't usually follow, in the book of Genesis when God created the world, he created people and all the wild animals of the Earth...he did this before he created Adam and Eve.
And they have found bones older than the ones that they have found in Africa, so really scientist have no clue as to where the first human came from. They do know that sometime in our distant past, we have many people on the world, then a volcano erupted, which almost wiped out the human race, where only a few thousand survived, and most of those lived in Africa. So there is really no exact answer to that question.

Antarctica was the last continent to be occupied and is the continent with the lowest population and the only continent that didnt have an indigenous population before we got there (at least, not one we know about, who knows whats deep in the ice).

All of the continents had native people, but the last continent to be occupied by Europeans would be Australia. Antarctica
did not have native people, it is not inhabitable unless using
special equipment, and soon enough it will be all melted and this continent will not exist
