Two ways...
One is getting an invite from the team...I played with K.Warner at Northern Iowa...when he played for the Iowa Barnstormers he told them about me and I was offered a tryout...made the team and played for two seasons.
Two,they hold open tryouts...cuts last through 3 days...so make sure you have a Friday-Sunday open.If you played in highschool and/or college bring your career stats and film doesn't hurt. Good luck man!!!

each team in the league has open tryouts call the team in you city to find out when

we b search on your local team they have open tryouts.
used to live in NJ and that team would post the open try out in the newspapers.

Teams have open try-outs. Bring $40 bucks (last years rate) and you can give it your best.
