Would it be possible to....?

Standardise the video formats worldwide? I've completely had it with region codes and formats... avi, mpeg, wmv,asf, grrrrr.... why not standardize everything? all over the world? don't tell me we aren't sophisticated enough to do that?

they could, yes. I'm really irritated when I spend so many hours downloading a video for my psp and It didn't react.
