black marker
flour dough
spray paint
rolled up tissue paper

and then just use your artistic expertise!

First apply the flour dough,
than put the ketchup,
roll the tissue paper around the "wound",
spray paint the tissue paper,

but try not to get the paint in the hair!

That is the last thing you want to do!
