I reckon batteries last about 2 years or around 150 charges before they start to show reduced capacity. They don't often die unless abused, but the ever shortening life gets to be a bother.

AS most other people have said it does vary between model and make, some phones last 2-3 days some last 1 week but ultimately if your phone is needing to be charged every day then its time for a new battery

if you find that your battery is not holding a charge it is time to replace you will get a longer life if you only charge it when it shows on your phone that it is at its last bar of strength .

I think it's time for a new phone or a new battery.

It varies wildly between make and model of phone. Replacement batteries are cheap. Check on ebay.
