depends. If it is early in the morning or late at night then it is totally understandable. During a regular day though... hmm... I guess it would depend on the person's reaction after they yawned. Like, do they appologize, make a facial expression that lets me know they are embarrassed and are listening, or whether they disregard that they just yawned. Sometimes you just can't control a yawn even if you aren't bored.

I had a guy over a couple of weeks ago & he yawned every time he spoke. I think he was just nervous. He didn't yawn whle I was talking, but it was very annoying. I do think it's rude.
Perhaps offer the yawner some coffee???

No, why would that be rude? perhaps they have had a lack of sleep? who knows why someone is tired... and if they truly yawn for me being boring then I deserve no better and I will change my ways right then and there... so if someone yawns I either offer them coffee, a bed, or less boring conversation...

I am guilty of this! I always seem to yawn when someone is talking.
But to my defence, if it is late then it is understandable. However, if it is in the daytime, and someone yawns while you are talking, then perhaps they are bored of the topic.

Ask them am I boring you? But jokingly. I don't take offence to it. People sometimes yawn out of just being tired and nothing to do with what I may be saying?

depends on the topic... and the time of day... yawning isn't a sign of boredom it is a sign they need more oxygen... quit spewing carbon dioxide at them and give them some space...

Unless they are showing other signs of boredom, I would just assume that it's a bodily function that has nothing to do with boredom.

I'd stop talking and wait for that person to sense that what he/she did was rude. :| If he/she can't, then i won't go on with what i was saying. :)
