I've kind of always had a little bump on my nipple, but recently it has grown. I've had it for over a year and it never came to head like a pimple, nor was it painful to the touch. I squeezed it and white discharge came out, but it was not liquidy like puss, it was almost solid and kind of pasty. I have had a breast exam in the past that came back clear. I intened to call the dr's office in the morning but wanted to see if anyone had any info that might give me some piece of mind tonight.

I am 20 years old and have a history of breast cysts in my family, if that helps.

This could be cyst related, but the doctor will help you figure out for sure if that's the case.

Probably just build up in a pore from the material in your bra. Wouldn't hurt to mention it to the Gyno when you go to your visit just to be safe.
