Everyone changes, you might just need some time to get used to the adjustment and the mood of the new school. You should take time out and get back to the basic of who you are. Get a hobby and find a way to express yourself and once you're at ease with that the old you will resurface.

Something like my past situation.
Getting bullied in school, it's awfully common & it does pull your self-esteem right down. But you shouldn't let anyone block your way. make new friends, come up with jokes like this one:
Q:"The blonde & brunette both fall off a building. Who lands first?"
A: The brunette. The blonde had to stop to ask for directions!
No offense if you're a blonde or brunette, though. Be nice to people, but don't let them take advantage of you. Believe me making people laugh is a talent, & I don't have that. Be funny but sarcastic at the SAME time. Try telling jokes to your family members or close friends first & ask them for their comments & work on it.
Good luck, dear. I'm sure you'll build your self confidence soon enough.

theres been certain times that brought my confidence level down... hell before then i never thought about my confidence, which was nice! but after a while you just let go of that time and remind yours of who you are and who you've always been... not about how a situation made you feel at some point in your life. just do your best to ignore and forget about it. If you start to think about that time just take a deap breath and think about the things YOU WANT to be thinking about at that moment! theres going to be so many more up and downs in your life! your not going to carry all the bad times on your shoulders are you? just accept what happened and how you felt and let it roll off, look forward to the new school new people and being miss new funny girl again!

Me too, I figured out it was cuz a situation led me down. But I just learned that situations don't last forever, they change if we allow them to. In your situation, you WERE bullied at school, and you surely got hurt, inside. But it doesn't have to stop your humorism. You know, that's one side of us young people which will always characterize and identify us for who we are: it makes us fresh to others and others are attracted to us, through that humorism of ours. So now you're starting school, don't give up, most certainly no one knows you there, so no one can justify your being down (they might think you're just depressed and sad, and rumours will start spreading, you know how it is at school nowadays!). So start over again, start from scratch, smile when people smile at you, start being yourself again. Be yourself, that 'new' person you locked inside, the one you used to be, the one you'll be loved for.

, Just forget what those ignorant bullies did to you and start over. They were probably just jealous of you anyway!!! Everyone loves a person with a good sense of humor. It is great that you can see the humor in life.

if u used to be a really funny girl, u must still have it in you!
don't let other people bring you down
whatever they say. they say it only because of their own insecurity.
to me the best way to start of great at your new school is just to be yourself.
don't be too shy. don't keep to yourself.
just get out there and like.. be you
just remember not to let other people bring you down
trust me, u'll be having loads of friends in no time
=)

Relax and be kind to yourself. You will have no trouble finding things to talk about and laugh about, as soon as you have settled in and start making new friends. If you are happy, you will find plenty of laughs to share with your friends, so decide to be happy and everything will fall into place.

dont worry it will be back ~
the sense of humour is generated by your inner child ~ when youre bullied that child gets hurt and scared so when you devlop your sense of self and build your confidence up it will return

Try looking down the back of the sofa. I always find things I've lost down there.
