Actually she'd probably become so malnourished she would develop an oedema (swelling of tissue fluid) like some starving children you see on charity campaigns. Then she wouldn't be wearing XS. As well as that she'd lose all her lean tissue (that's what her body would use for energy to begin with). If she miraculously survived she'd have some seirous health problems on her hands and her digestive system might have been damaged permanently, maybe requiring a special diet (baby food, anyone?) forever more.
Ultimately she would die, whether you want that answer or not.

IN the quest to get the perfect body we do some stupid things to it. Just drinking water is one of them. Your body needs nutrient and chemicals that it gets from food in order to survive. Reducing your caloric intake will make you lose weight much healthier than just water. With water alone you will lose not just weight but muscle first. Your fat reserves will be used last and therefore when you do and if you make it through it, when you start to eat again your body will store all that as fat. This method of starvation does nothing but wreak havox on your body. If you are going to be drastic, at least be smart about it. Look into the lemonade diet ot fruit fast. At least that way, you are still losing weight but not killing yourself in the process. People have been none to live on the lemonade diet for a month or more. But at some point your body will need the nutrition that only food can provide. Anorexia is a dangerous road my friend, walk carefully if you must.

Starvation leads to rapid tissue breakdown, total muscle tone loss, hair loss and skin lesions. Seriously and often permanently damages the digestive tract and kidneys. Anyone who is thinking of starving themselves in order to lose weight or "get smaller" needs to seek out a trusting adult such as a school counselor to discuss this with. If you are not the person considering it, but know someone that is, tell your school counselor about it-- your confidence will be maintained, and the person will get the help they need. Starvation purposely initiated is a sign of a serious mental condition and lack of self-esteem.

Starvation during the growth period will also result in serious permanent physical conditions due to the failure of the body to finish growing and developing properly.

You don't want to hear it but it is the only logical medical answer that makes sense. The person will at first lose weight, then begin to lose muscular strength. The organs will begin to shrivel and become unusable and if kept up on a prolonged basis the pain and weakness will kill the person. Yes you will die! After she is dead she can wear any size she wants. Incidentally, too fat is horrible. Too skinny is even worse.

did you kidnap a 14 year fat girl and you are just feeding her water so she can fit in "extra small" clothes? well, she may not die but she will not be healthy either and she will definitely hate you for the rest of your life.
