Can you please explain some of these stories please.?

The other day a friends asked me if I had ever seen a ghost and I replied “No I haven’t” but then it made me think a bit because I really think I have. Somewhere last year I stayed at Paige’s house and she suffered from night terrors, but she couldn’t wake up from them and I was sleeping at the other end of her bed when she booted me hard in the back so I kicked her back and realized she was having a night terror so I turned around to comfort her but as I turned around I saw a short woman leaning over her going “shhhhh, shhhhh” stroking Paige’s hair and Paige actually clamed down in like 20 seconds flat. I just thought “oh she’s got it covered” and went back to sleep not really thinking much about it. The next morning I said to Paige’s ma “You sorted her out quick” and she was like “what are you talking about? I didn’t even know she had a night terror”
I was a bit shocked because no one had come into the room that night BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS LOCKED! but I know there was someone there.

I know there was someone there I saw her with my own eyes and she had short black hair. The only short people in that family are Paige, her mum, my mum and Paige’s Nan (maybe her mum too, Im not sure) when I thought more about it I realized it looked just like Paige’s Gran!! With the short black hair and I think I remember her wearing a long brown cardigan. I know she was there because I heard her and Paige stopped moving which didn’t stop unless she was woken up (which she wasn’t). Another time was when I lived in my old house (very old) and I was walking up the stairs one day and I saw an arrow shoot from my room to my parents room which were directly opposite it shot off the step across the floor and up the step to my parents room. I thought it was my eyes until it happened three more times. I just kind of accepted it and one day my little brother (must have been about 5 came screaming down the stairs saying he saw a shooting arrow coming from my room to my mums room.

It then weirded me out, A few nights later I woke up for school to get dressed and I heard " Quick move it" loud and clear in a female voice (no one there). At Thames Barrier park (when it first opened) there is a picture of me standing with my legs open (i was holding a ball) and i have two female hands around my hips. No one was behind me because my back was lowered so you would have seen someone above me or at least through my legs. Nothing there but hands.

Another time which was just plain freaky was two years ago this week I had just got back from holiday and my uncle and his gf were staying at mine but only ended up staying for like a day. So I used the bathroom and walked out to the passageway and I head in my uncles EXACT voice “Wanna go cinema?” and in his gf’s voice it replied “nah I don’t really feel like it tonight” Now it was me, my mum and two younger brothers in my house at the time, but I heard it clear as day like they were right in front of me. I hadn’t seen them for like 3 weeks so it wasn’t just thought I actually heard it. That was weird.

Other times were at Paige’s mum’s pub Paige lived at the top and the barmaid also lived there. One day the barmaid was walking down the stairs to the bar (at night) and her nightdress flew up above her head with no trace of wind. And once me and Paige were at the steps (our little meeting) and we had our beaker cups having a “chat” and the wine glasses that hang upside down from the bar started crashing to the ground one by one (on their own!

The next day the glasses were all intact hanging back on the bar. We had both seen it happen and remember it like it was yesterday, Me and paige are usually together when one of us sees something. One day we stayed at a cavaran thing and it was sooo boring so me and paige to my dog pepper out. It was dark so we walked to the middle of a field and looking around we found a weird leather dagger case which didnt seem that weird until

a rabbit popped out the bush. I can only describe it as what looked like an albino, but brown! its eyes were red and so was most of the skin, it almost looked pink all over. Paige said its possible so off we trotted back to the cavaran and we heard a weird humming which stopped us in our tracks and as we looked up above us about 80 feet was three round lights in a triangle shape. We needless to say we shat ourselves and took off running which seemed like hours! My dog was going crazy barking like mad and we could have SWORN it was

following us (even though we were basically running in a straight line) It stayed with us the whole time until we got back to the cavaran and my dad swung open the door and we shoed him and he just looked at it and pulled us in quickley and said "Ooo its aliens!!" as a joke but it took off and to this day he doesnt remember a thing? Another one im gonna tell you about is when I was 8 I got locked in my garden and hear what sounded like choir music coming from the friging sky! During a light thunderstorm. I banged violently on the back door screaming

at the top of my lungs until my mum heard me and let me in. Finally the freaky one that 3 of us saw. Me, Paige & demi where laughing about in Paiges room and the Lights when out during a light thunderstorm so paige ran downstairs try to get the phone to work and 20 seconds after she run down the stairs me and Demi followed we were all quite scared, but as me and demi got to the bottom of the stairs (which most of you know is opposit Paiges front door) and something BIG hit the front door, Now we seriously thought it was lightning becasue as it hit the door the door moved inwards and light actually came

through the sides of the door thats how far in it went. Me and Demi screamed and ran back up the stairs but heard paige screaming in the living room so we ran back down to get her and managed to make it to the living room and it happened more times through out the night and at one stage I took the courage to look out the window but no one was there in the split second the door went in. No one could have got away. Just before Paiges mum arived home the lights came back on, which meant the electricity did not run out. No marks on the door. Nothing.

I've no idea what all these things were, or even if you could say they are "paranormal" but they were pretty scary at the time and even thinking back scares me a bit.
I guess we'll never know...

Im not mental or saying they were 100% paranormal but can you please try to explain them to me?

Im not sure how much exactly, if any is paranormal here. I am guessing that a lot of this stuff happened at a young age, which is hard to judge. When you are young, your imagination can run away, and later in life those memories can seem much more real than they actually were. Which might explain why your Dad doesn't remember the aliens thing. Either that, or he really knew what was causing it, so its not something that stuck in his mind.

Its also very hard to judge encounters in bed, because the mind is capable of producing very realistic and very varying hallucinations (not dreams), especially when waking up and going to sleep. It possible that you hallucinated everything, even paiges kicking you. I have had a sleep paralysis episode where I thought my wife opened up her mouth and had a huge mouth full of teeth, and she started biteing into my back. I felt the pain, the fear, etc. In the real world, she was shaking me, trying to wake me up because I started panting really fast and was making moaning noises. Its difficult to tell if you are alseep or awake in sleep paralysis episodes, and despite the name, you dont always feel paralized.

When you heard the voice in the morning telling you to wake up, it was very likely a hypnopompic hallucination. I used to get them all the time and they often produce clear auditory speech. It a hallucination that occurs while waking up. That one I am pretty sure of.

I am not saying there was nothing paranormal or that you were dreaming the whole thing. Of course, no one can go back in time now and find out. Im just pointing out the possibilities other than ghosts. The mind can produce some very realistic monsters.

no one can explain these things from just hearing about them... i would advise you to trust your own instincts and keep a journal about all of these type of occurrences so that you can refer back if you have pertinent reference points to compare. you may just be very sensitive to the other side of existence... do some dreamwork, too.
