YES!! If the person has cheated, they are way more susceptible to cheating again. What makes them not cheat? If they have cheated once, they will try and rationalize the next cheat, don't trust them.

I think it's possible some people can change, but it's usually "once a cheater, always a cheater"

If the cheater was already an adult when he/she cheated, then I think there's a good chance that he or she will do it again.

depends entirely on the situation. I would never stay with someone who had been unfaithful to me, bound to do it again and the trust has gone, relationship turns bad. If i met someone who had been unfaithful to a previous partner i would need to know why hed done it, maybe he was very unhappy, maybe very young or maybe getting revenge on someone who had already been unfaithful to him. Each new relationship should be a clean slate but we've all met Mr i love myself, who will always cheat. Hope your not letting someone hurt you, don't take it, good luck.

and look at the fools that they cheat with that go into relationships with them and think that "they won't cheat on me"
