LMSUIAO I can only answer this by telling this joke.
A Scotsman went to Amsterdam to sample the local night life but being a true tight fisted Scot he went to the local brothel and told the madam he could only afford a fiver. The madam said she had someone down in the basement that would suit his needs and that he should just go down and get stuck in. The guy went down and did his business, afterwards the madam asked if he was satisfied, The guy replied yes but every time he jumped her bones she spat in his face. On hearing this the madam shouted to her minder "Joe the Corpse in the basement is full again can you deal with it.?"
