As much as I am currious about what he might say, I hardly see him as a " real " figure. I am planning to ignore September 11, 07 anyway. I can't care less what the American leadership says either. Bush seems to hate Americans for their freedoms as much as he claims the terrorists do. I keep hoping this situation will go away after an American regime change. There can not be a purely military solution to a political problem.

He does things on dates he feels are significant. Not everyone may think they are significant for the same reasons.
Here in the US every July we celebrate on the 4th of July cause that is an anniversary date of something that happened which we feel is significant.
Though, of course, I feel our significant date is more reason for celebration than his. His can only be celebratory if you're a ranting idiotic lunatic like he is. To normal people, his is more a reminder to never let our guard down again in a world that has such cowards in it.

Well, it's not just America that he is taunting there bozo. Seems I remember attacks on European (British )soil also, since 9/11. If you had ever actually listened to his messages, you would know that his enemy is not just America, it's the West, and western culture.
