There was this 1 lady who was always making snobby remarks about me & asking me deep personal questions only to use it against me & throw it in my face, & when I asked her a question, she called me nosy.

It depends...
Not in the way you described in your additional details...
But, I like telling certain people my personal business...it is cathartic. Especially, if it is very personal and not something I'd share with everyone.
Depending on the person...I may prefer to just dump my secrets on them like confessions without them reciprocating the burden.
Then again...some times it is interesting to mutually exchange secrets with others...

Yeah, it's a drag, isn't it. Just the other day I told somebody on yahoo I enjoyed reading their bio but I've never written one and prob'ly never will. Bummer. My bad!
