I have size 10 gauges right now, and i need some tips on how to clean my piercings. No matter how many times I clean them, they still have a slightly unpleasant smell....
it's disgusting, please help!

My daughters have gauged ears. They clean their ears with regular solutions for pierced ears. They also take their gauges out and soak them in jewelry cleaner. They also don't wear their gauges all the time. They take them out from time to time and leave the holes empty for a while.

Well,
It might be the type of jewellery you're wearing in the holes. Acryllic is notorious for having a foul smell; so switch to medical steel or organics. Otherwise, try cleaning with peroxide or something, and put it on the jewellery before putting it back in. This way, it cleans out any infection/puss that's in the hole :)
