If I could I would make it rain here so I wouldn't have to water stupid stuff everday. I've gotten so for the past few weeks I am saying, " Is it ever going to rain again?"

yeah.. i just need alot of water.... then spill them on to the grounds.. then the sun will absorb it... then it will go through evaporation... condensation..and then precipitation!!! hehe...
You can also try pouring a humungous amt of salt in the clouds... just like what the Philippine Air Force did when there was lack of supply of water in the dam here in the Philipines.
