Please, please, don't use Mae as a middle name! Trust me on this, i have that name and to this day nobody calls me by my name, they just pick the month that it is, and that's my name for the next 28-31 days. It's really annoying. I love my first name but a better middle name would can be found. How about,,,,,,,,Rose, Grace, Lilly, Pilar(anagram of April), Reanna.
I'v thought about it a lot and my favorites are Grace and Pilar

Middle names starting with "P", "R" or "I" will flow well with the middle sounds in April.
Something like:
April Paige
April Paris
April Peyton
April Rhianna
April Rose
April Rowan
April Ruby
April Indiana
April Iris
April Isadora
April Ivy
If you don't like any of those, a commonly liked combination is April Raine.

I actually think May or Mae would not be as awful as all that! Compared to some of the names out there, "April Mae" would be way down on the list of names to get teased about!
If not, how about Olivia?

I know April May will probably get picked on, but it sounds nice (I'm a little biased, my middle names are similar sounding "Adele May"). I also like April Jane. It really depends on your last name though.
