Tsukuyomi Moon Phase (26 episodes) its quite cute and touching. Recommend for your taste I believe
Welcome to The NHK is good but they's about like 2 times you see nudity and nothing rude in the whole series.
It has soem romance and comedy and kind or deals with lots of issues like otakus and other things.
Anything I could think of will not match with the question these two are the best I can think of that are not on your list.
Oh wait I am surprise you haven't seen The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya that sounds good for your taste. But the episodes are in a weird order on purpose.
Oh wait one more Love Hina. I haven't seen it buts its always a must watch for anime fans.

Honey and Clover, Blood + and Gun x Sword are really nice (though I haven't finished all three). I have watched the recent reproduction of Black Jack and I liked it too (you might like it too if you like medical-drama genres). I was about to recommend to you straight away Fullmetal Alchemist (because it is my favourite animé and manga series), but I saw that it is on your "already watched" list. XD I absolutely do not like harem animé like Negima and Love Hina. But Love Hina is pretty random and funny at times though.

Have you watched "Ah! My Goddess"?
There's a little ecchi content from time to time (Peorth's outfit is revealing to say the least) but it's mostly very soft and romantic. It's my favorite.
