Birkenstock also sells orthoepedic soles. My bf is wearing them. They are good.
Buy one pair and then slip in any styles of shoes that you like except I think pointed-toe and sandles.
If the orthoepedic problem is serious, doctors of this specialty can also tailor make soles for patients. The soles usually can fit in different shoes

Orthopedic shoes are supposed to be ugly, it's the punishment for having to wear them.
