Never pop a blister. I would put on a bandage product for burns. It seals it and keeps the germs out. Its a thick, cleary/white, water prof bandaid.
After a good clean reseal the blisters with a product like I suggested. Rap extra wound tape around it to stop it falling off. Change this every 2 to 3rd day only. Keep your feet as dry as possible by putting plastic bags over them inbetween bangage changes.
Blisters are like burns and have to heal within out. Fiddling with them lets more and more damaging bacteria in and also increases scaring.

if I were you I'd pop it, use rubbing alcohol on it and then put neosporine on it. You don't have to wear a bandage if you wear flipflops for a couple of days or put a piece of even toilet paper on top of the neosporine and put a piece of tape (any tape) around all your toes to keep it on. By the time you go to sleep you can take that off and let the air heal it. The pain stays because you keep wearing shoes. Do the pe in bare feet. or flipflops or tell the pe teacher what your problem is and ask for light exercise for that day.

Be smart and get rid of the tight shoes.

Don't pop blisters. Put a band aid around them.
