About time too
You know my opinions,,she is to be interviewed again today and as the official reports have said a most significant development will happen later today we shall all know by this afternoon....the Portuguese police along with British detectives must know enough to make this statement
And still a thumb down!!!!! what do people need for proof?
The official line is that the police believe that she either killed the child or had a hand in the disposal

I am with mollymoosmum on this one..
there is no way these irresposible people should get off with anything.
They left there children.. basically babies . they left them in a hotel so they could go out and ave dinner.
As a mother i have a hard time leaving my son in the cot at night to sleep let alone leaving him in a strange place, in a strange country, all alone.
I feel badly that something has happened to that poor kid but i have no sympathy for idiot parents who do stupid **** that causes their child harm.
At the very least they should be done for child negligence causing death of that baby, and as far as the money goes.. it should be used to help the children who have been damaged by parental stupidity.

The fund should immediately be frozen and they absolutely should not be allowed to pay for their defence with it as was suggested yesterday.
Sadly I don't think it means good news as far as Madeleine is concerned. I think the whole thing suggests she is dead. Poor little girl.

About time they were charged with something - minimally neglect of their children!
Does being a suspect in Portugal mean the same as being a suspect in the U.K iykwim???

Why do people have a hard time accepting the fact that they might have killed their little girl? Is it because they are succesful doctors? Had they been poor people in a trailer park would have it been different?
They killed her - wake up world.
One of them snapped, in a fit of rage killed her and the other helped cover it up.

It is interesting to see developments unfold. I still find it hard to believe that she had anything to do with it. But we shall see.
Robert Murat was declared a suspect too, and was then cleared.
By the way, Lindy Chamberlain and Sian Jenkins were both jailed but then had their sentences overturned. It will be interesting to see what evidence there is. There was never enough in the first place to arrest them.
