More likely he would not get kicked out solely based on adultery. Although adultery is a crime in the military, rarely is the member punished. unless the adultery was in conjunction with another violation of code of conduct. Members commanders and first sergeant make the decision to keep the member or their punishment. If member is discharged due to a code of conduct violation, all medical benefits, including commissary, base housing, exchanges, etc goes away. I've seen so many couples stay so their benefits do not go away resulting in their husbands giving them STDs. The benefits are so not worth it.

The military has nothing to do with your Private life, there's no such thing as "him getting kicked out" this isn't a military thing. and, in fact, your the one that's going to be in trouble. You see if you go for a divorce, you loose all military benefits even your housing if you live on a base, all hospital benefits etc. So, considering if that's what your after, his punishment, it's your choice.
I feel for you and would suggest you go for a divorce, he's a scum bag and is going to keep doing this as long as you don't do anything. If your on base, go see his commanding officer, make an appointment and see if he'll see you. If so, see what he has to say, bring all your facts with you.
These commanders are not all that bad and really easy to work with, he may be able to help you with advice.

He would not be kicked out "only" for infidelity. You cant be fired simply for being an asshole.
He could only get kicked out if the cheating was contrary to his military duties like if it was with one who is in his direct command or his commanding officer. The divorce proceedings will then carry their course one way or another based on the facts and how hard the judge or JAG is.

I know that in the Marines, if she were to go to his command she could definitely have the opportunity to charge him. Not only could he could lose rank, (that means pay as well) the majority of his command would know about it.
Nothing happens to your tricare, only if you were to get a divorce. Even then, there is a grace period to get new insurance.
