pretty darn close! :-) but if you are happy with the way you look, then of course you have a perfect body. dont let others judge you

hard to say without a pic, that 61kg could all be in your waist/hips, your thighs, your upperbody, you could have a really fat head, it is just to hard to say. I could see 10 girls that have the exact measurements as you, and all 10 would look different, some would look better than others, its how you carry it.

Who's to say? Everyone has a different definition of perfect. Do you feel good about yourself? If you do, then yes you are perfect!
