This is more in the area of Philosophy or Theology.
Philosophers have been looking for such a proof since before the dawn of history.
Theologists believe they have proof, but their proofs don't agree.
Let's try to apply some math to it, using some assumptions.
Suppose there are R different religions with a proof of equivalent value to the others:
"We have our afterlife, but the others don't."
Let's assign this statement the value of X.(for exclusive)
There would be R*(R-1) statements of X that are mutually exclusive and thus cancel out the others.
Therefore:
R*(R-1)*X=0 or (R^2-R)*X=0.
Since we already know there are more than zero religions:
R>0.
By deduction, X must have a value of zero.
Therefore, since X represents a theologist's "proof" of an afterlife, we have just proved that there can be no valid proof of anyone having an afterlife of any kind, until there is only one religion left or R=1. At such a time, there will be no other religion to cancel out their X whether they are right or wong.
Because the nature of "Afterlife" is that it occurs in a rigid sequence relative to "Life", it can not change its position. (It would be "Beforelife" or "Duringlife" in that case.)
Because this sequence is logically irreversible, no one in the "Afterlife" can come back to "Life" and tell us who's right.
... and God aint talkin' to everybody at the same time.

Being that no one has a definitive proof to claim, I believe, on faith, that either we all go or no one goes. Either way, we'll all be surprised... or not at all.

when stars explode their properties are thrown out into space and become parts of planets. like the iron in our blood came from an exploded star, our bodies mix back into the earth were buried in. our elements become part of the land and whatever life that comes after.
diamonds are coal and coal is ancient dead plants thus diamonds are ancient dead plants.

What you call death, is death of this body. The body comes into being in the womb of the mother and it is either turned to ashes (if burnt) or to pooh(if eaten by insects or animals) after death.
Now what happens to us (not the body) is evident by new life in other bodies pouring in.
