With experience-i'd say Honey and lime in warm water early morning, brisk walking, watching your sweets intake over the next couple of weeks.. i lost 5 kgs in 15 days

cereal (Fiber One is good , fiber helps digestion, or honey bunches) no sugary cereal) in Am and for PM dont eat 4hours before u sleep, lots of water, and some cardio , at least 5 small meals which speed up metabolism , try healthy snacks yogurt, granola bars, no soda or chips cookies fatty bread only whole wheat bread if u do eat bread, light or no alcohol!!

Eat plent of low fat foods, no sugary fatty foods or junk food. Have plenty of vegies and fresh fruit. Drink heaps of water and get plenty of exercise.

My system:
Weekdays: watch every calorie and eat just enough.
Weekends: eat whatever you want (within reason... )
