A little piece of advice, since sports is more about money than anything nowadays. You're really not safe buying anyone's jersey. Anyone can be traded tomorrow. Just personalize a jersey with your last name and you should be fine. That way you're good for every year no matter what.
My opinion though, I think he stays for a while, at least I hope he does. I have a Richardson as well :(

Dear wt,
i think Monte Ellis will probably still be with the Warriors (esp. now that they've traded J. Rich). Most of the large trades have already happened (esp. as teams go into training camp). Monte was good trade bait (esp. when the Warriors wanted to get KG) because he was a 2nd round pick- he doesn't have a huge contract- so you could put him into a deal with some people with some huge contracts to make salaries match- and he's raw young talent that doesn't get paid big bucks right now.
It's hard to tell what well happen down the line- i think at some point Golden State still needs another big man- and if they find the right package- they may move him because they are heavy in talent in the backcourt- and most teams like young potential talent. He's shown himself to be solid- and teams may bank on that- hoping they can develop him into an all-star. He's a heck of a scorer off the bench- and should get more minutes with J. Rich gone.

Just by a Spreewell jersey, that never goes out of style.
Even though Monta was a 2nd round pick the NBA changed the rules after the W's lost Gilbert Arenas (in short the Warriors own Monta's bird rights so they can pay him even if they go over the cap). It seems like the purpose of the J-Rich trade and Foyle's buyout is to free up cap space to sign Monta and Biedrins next year. You might want to wait to see if Belinelli takes Monta's job within the first 2 months of the season. Other than that, if he's scoring points, I think he sticks with the dubs.

If B-Diddy somewhat needs to play on the squaddies as much as he reported he does, then there is doubt that he ought to be decrease back next 365 days taking a settlement like Tim Duncan did with the Spurs, so as that the squaddies ought to enhance their team. Baron's agent continously says baron needs to play as a warrior that allows you to see how that works out. Biedrins and Ellis are a ought to save. Warriors extra suitable have discovered from their reports with youthful gamers being enable flow. (Arenas etc)

Wasn't he a 2nd round pick?
If so Golden State could be looking at another Gilbert Arenas situation whereby the CBA will only allow the Warriors to use their exceptions (-ie- Mid-Level) and any free cap room to sign him.
If they can convince him to re-up for one year before signing a long-term deal that could work because then he'd be eligible for a Bird Rule exception.

He seems to be a good player but he had a horrible performance in the playoffs which can hurt him. Depends on how he plays this year. And he's also a combo guard. He'll probably stay.

Most probably otherwise Baron will be all by himself if he leaves like JRich did. We dont want a Lebron James-Cavs situation here!
