So if I understand correctly, you started taking the placebo pills (usually white in color, have no active drug in them). If you just had your period and started taking these that means that you have not had any active drug in your system for over a week. It is possible to ovulate after 10 days after stopping bc, so you may want to consider the morning after pill if you have been sexually active (within the last 72hrs). Otherwise, you can start taking the active drug right away, just make sure that you are using a back up method for that month( condoms, etc).. Also, you may want to take a pregnancy test around the time of your next period using the 1st morning urine. Hope that helps

stop taking the fake pills and take the real birth control. You can continue having sex after the first day you have taken the real pill.

OMG Call your DOCTOR about this!

What kind are you on?

Call your doctor up and ask. They are the ONLY ones you should be asking you with regards to hormones and your body.
